Learning to deal with different people

There is no problem working in my company Team work is what we are with my co-workers, we are able to assist each other, we are a family since we spending more hours together. I have learnt to to be patience with any kind of people listen to them I enjoy to see the clients problems being solved the most challenging aspect is..the people who don't understand that every company has its procedures of doing things.

Pros: There is no opportunities of promotions
Cons: The working hours are normal.

Skills

I am competent in fault investigation and solution implementation; I also have good analytical and logical thinking abilities which assist in problem solving. Constantly yearning to acquire new knowledge and improve my skills. I can work effectively in a team. I always try to stay informed about Changes, in terms of my work and environment, ready to face challenges as they come and taking each day as a learning experience hoping to learn as much as I can each day in order to succeed and better myself and my work.

Pros: great opportunity for growth
Cons: work distance is very far
