Good learning curve

I´m selling Life Insurance through a phone and have a daily target of 3 per day which is achievable. We work as teams and compete against other teams as the is a team incentives every month so we work together as teams to reach one goal which is reaching team targets and beyond. I have learned working as a team makes work easy and get done because we work together to reach one goal with one plan as a team and help each other. I enjoy most the leads we are getting as the client we are selling to know what they want and learned more about our offers... The most challenging thing is when leads are less and when the is a system problem.

Opportunity for growth

Calling lead sources and selling the product to them especially if they did not requested it is challenging but doable, that's what I do as a sales consultant. The challenge for me is not having technology to ease my efforts like email or intranet at the least. My coworkers are extra ordinary women that come from different background and we have a good working relationship. There areas of improvement I would like to see in terms of the product, technology and employment equity .

Pros: The company is growing, the hire internally first so the is room for promotion
Cons: Shorter breaks, especially if you talk all day can strain your voice.
