Great learning curve

i have learnt to speak fluent and socialize well within a community.I have also learnt to apply myself and my capabilities to a good use.I have learnt to speak with customers in a well groomed manner.And the most challenging aspects were the fact that you had to please customer at any cost,even when it went against what you believed in.I mostly enjoyed the working and communicating with people of different nature or culture.Having to deal with difficult customers who made life a living hell.But my team members were very active and worked very well.We fought but resolutions were met immediately.

Excellent learning curve

Iam currently unemployed but the company was great interms of learning, experience that I got .Main issue was the workload but salaries were very little. Working was not that great interms of treatment was not the same amongst the employees.Overall m greatful for the experience I got in Supply chain in general I've learnt a lot.

The best place to understand the diversity of the people

My name is Makhosonke Maseko I would like to be cnsidered for the above mentioned position I have a ten year call centre experience mainly in customer service inbound I have also worked as a retention advisor. Previously I have worked for Vodacom ,Standard Bank Vehicle & Asset finance also worked for Starsat previously known as Toptv. Currently I'm working for Webhelp SA on the project called shopdirect which is an online retail store assisting customers from UK. Wonderful learning experience

There is alot of potential iat this company, however it is not presented to the employees. There is no growth or a room to grow however this is easily changed. There is no room to implement new ideas that could bring excitment to the enviroment but nothing is looked at. Tere is so much to be done but things are left as it.is a

Brilliant experience

shift work on a daily basis i have a very good relationship with my co-workers as we always together during work and social life I've learnt the diversity and difference that vary in people at the place i use to work at. I enjoy helping people were i can as well as providing them with knowledge and experiences i take time with difficult people or those who do not understand i am a patient person as well as effective in the information i provide to people

Excellent learning company

I am willing to accept any challenges, I feel that I have innovation drive, initiative and the ability of making A success of any responsibility delegated to me. I am committed and determined and strive only to the best To support the needs of others as well as my on. I adjust quickly and easily to new environment and also Communicate freely and openly with those around me.
