I just need experience and more exposure in industry

Stefstocks Civils Quality is the culture, We are drilled on quality.Weekly updates and monthly audits are carried out religiously. Planning and daily costing are implemented frequently The challenge is that you always under pressure and grooming and mentor ship is not really carried out properly. Stress levels are high and you always expected to know.

Cons: Long hours if necessary
