Hi I'm a qualified heat treatment technician for more then 8 years.. I'm a good and hard worker no my job very well always willing to learn something new..I worked at most off the Eskom power stations such as . Medupi..kriel.. Matla. Tetuka. Duva. Mejuba. Hendrina power stations..

Boilermaker

manufacture Bellows, Connecting, Tubes Support , Bending , Cutting pipe and plates , create PR, Reservations in SAP and quote for client as per enquiry .Maintain Power stations

Excelent working enviromment.

The company provides good services snd excellent work relations. The provide good workmanship and also try their best to skill their empolies. They strongly believe in hard work and doing the work right the first time. Punctuality is always first priority .

Good opportunity to explore

Have a great advantage of learning new skills. It is a great company that specialises with almost all the trade skills and it's mostly used at Power Station for all the shut-downs.

Excellent working area

It is the best company one can work for. My colleagues are friendly we get along very well. I have learnt a lot from the company and I enjoyed working with the people around the office. The most challenging expect is when we have outages.

Am a hard worker and i was appointed as an assistant that was my job at steinmuller. I was good when coming to work and was also good at meeting deadlines when gven a task to do.

I was given a fair opportunity to acquire the skills to gain my trade tested certification.

I initially served my apprenticeship at Steinmuller. I was given opportunity, exposure and was trained under good leadership. I qualified with my Trade test red seal as a boilermaker. I am currently seeking employment in any capacity.

Excellent company and team.

A typical day at Steinmuller would consist of a morning meeting where everyone was able to express their positive and negative feedback regarding the previous day's experience. The team at steinmuller was characterized as a family unit. What I have learned working at steinmuller was that everyone is important and without the support from the team and work family the company will not be the success it is. The most challenging aspects of the job isn't to ensure that every piece of material arrives in time and in schedule for us to not have our production like Stand still.

Pros: Great growth and flexibility in hours.
Cons: People stay 20 years plus at the company so the management style doesn't upgradez
