It was being patient to all the workers I work with, help them to grow at work.

It's really good because I have given a chance a use it correct by making sure the company meet the target and deliver what is expected. It's all planning the work of each week, doing inspection on site, following everything that was needed to be done, making sure everything run smooth. It's all about making a good relationship with all workers so that you can be all on the same side that could help everything to go according to plan. I learnt that it's all about be yourself, set target, lead by example, follow everything on work, love what you doing and that could help you to enjoy you work. One of the challenges it can be workers that done listen because the are those who trouble who will always need you to keep an eye to them, and also cases of stealing, not respecting one another which will need a supervisor to be more savvy to every decision he take.

Pros: It was doing the good job in order to help company reach target and goals, be successful.
Cons: It was 12 hours.
