Excellent leadership skills from our managers, good team work amongst team leader and their consultants. We are there for each other for a common goal towards the company.

Excellent presentation skills

There education in product presentation is amazing. They also give weekly training on closing. Very good business plan. Potential to earn is great, but dependent on sales which take some time due to the product and it's reputation to the public. Which should be understandable taking into account that it is the stock market. The hours are extremely long and the general sales team, especially the beginners may be unhappy most of the time. This is because of employment happening almost every week. Excellent business strategy by the way. The managing staff are well trained motivators though. Not the greatest work experience in my opinion.

Cons: Building a client base from scratch.

Best exposure to client /customer service

I am a sales consultant at SMD. we book aappointments with clients on daily basis. I'm a people's person,. In short, I have learnedto how to deal with different people and still maintain a good working relationship. I have learned openness, honesty and working to the best of my ability creates besta results. Like they say, 2 heads are better than one. Lastly, the most challenging part of the job is that as a cconsultant, I met people out of the office and I was scared for safety and life, especially in this world 're living in today, but by the the grace of the Lord nothing has ever hhappened . Hard working,able to work other pressure

the company was about making sales on a daily basis,selling the product and explain in to customers,make sure they understand the product very well,meeting with clients and doing presentation based on the product and how it can benefit their lives

Hard working

i start working as a property consultant from 2012 and i become the agent of the year in 2013 and 2014 i end up on helping and teaching new agent how to make sales i also have sales management certificate. busy with business management now i join the stork market dynamics work as consultant teach client how to join the stock market buying and selling shares

Excellent learning curve

Stock market dynamics is a great company,very big and expanding And has a lot of opportunities,Daily we will have sales meetings and submit our referrals.The relationship i had with ny co-owners was great,they are lovely and treated me with love.I have learnt that giving up is not an option..

Overall good experience.

Hours flexible. Staff is good and helpful. But growing in company isn’t possible. More work less pay. An amazing place to work at! The harder you work is directly reflected on how much you earn! Everyday you reach for the stars and you will be supported in realizing your strong suits but it’s sometimes difficult finding clients.You grow in character and just get better with each day But every month isn’t same. Nothing is consistent. The training provided was top notch. I loved it and learned

Fast learner

One of the greatest organisation i have ever been around,with good stuff that is easy to get along with. We had a good relationship and good hard working team. This organisation tought me what independence is,what a working relationship should be like,team work,exporing new things i never knew about around the world. It tought me on how to work under pressure and how to handle pressure in a working place. I am greatful for such an opportunity.

A great learning center for for corporate field be it marketing or administrative

It was a great company for groth with regards to coporate world but not for earning as the rules to earn salary was a bit too much putting into cosideration people we work with.

Pros: It was a great place for growth
Cons: Problem was the salary initiative,they say salary but it was still as much as commision as we earn per client but worse than commision because should you not meet the target its zero month end
