The company is really good. There is alot of room for gaining knowledge.

I really love the company I work for. They are ever willing and always treat you fair. We have an open minded relationship with alot of understanding. At times they require you to work under pressure. But its never an issue. They dont believe in micro management because they really trust their staff to do amd complete tasks handed.

Excellent Technical Skills

- Take inbound calls within SLA to meet daily KPIs - Every team has an allocated assistant - My knowledge has grown ever since working with the company - Mostly enjoy calls that have to do with troubleshooting OS Systems - The most challenging things is you have to keep up at all times as there are many changes happening

Great learning curve

the company focus primarily on sales and pre sales. IT is used a supporting factor. We as field engineers we support the account managers on their customers by offering services to their products.

Learning opportunity

My day flies by with meeting and deadlines to meeting. Tracking of projects to completion is most challenging. provides an elastic cloud model that enables our customers to scale quickly and on-demand, providing greater business agility and innovation.

Good learning curve

Vineyard and busy environment. Receive about 60 calls daily. Job needs a very alert, hardworking, self motivated,excellent team player, be good at time management and excellent communicator. I have learnt a lot about the communications industry, have mastered office, work ethics and etiquette. We work as a team.my job requires an excellent team player who is self motivated.

Pros: Get to experience new technology first hand
Cons: Growth is stagnant
