l have learned that in work place you must team up so that you can achieve goal of the organisation that you working for. As we know each and every household have its own rules the same applies in any organisation , there are rule that govern the organisation and its workers and i would really love to work following those rules and regulations.

Very good environment to learn

I work mostly at the reception area to welcome clients and to advise them on different courses we offer. Booking of students on the system and booking for their exam dates, I also order text books for them and manage the finance by checking on the records who paid and filling them. Keeping file records each month on all the output and input made in the school. Switchboard between client and employee.

Excellent Customer Service and good bookkeeping

For the period i have been working for this company, I have learned a couple of things concerning loyalty and solemn work that was expected from me as an employee together with my colleagues. There were moments in the company where I at some point felt like i was being exploited because my word was never taken seriously until certain things that I kept warning my boss about began to occur and it financially stroke the business, but in all that I learned never to trust anyone but yourself in loyalty and doing the right thing weather your employees approve of it or not, as long as it falls under the pros and cons of the company basis, I must adhere to those rules. So in a simple nut shell, I have not only been exploited but was taught to remain strong regardless of how your boss and employees treat you. Last but not least, there was nothing really challenging about the Job, it was just stock take in's and balancing books that was there for me to do.

I work well with people, I'm a fast learner, I have computer skills and I'm very organized

Everyday at my work I come early to get everything ready before my boss comes in. Everybody gets along with everyone, of course there can be a little drama but we always work things out I enjoy to learn new things and get challenged at my job The hardes thing for me is to let people down because of the mistakes. I realise i cant be perfect but i can try my best if people are willing to give me a fair chance

My first day, I did not know a thing about the job but I was keeping all my target standing.

With co-workers we were family, team spirit working in harmony. I implemented birthdays to socialize amongst ourselves. Which made a huge impact in our organization imagine and we lived the organization in ourselves. What I enjoy the most being chosen to further studies abroad that was my exciting moment, because I asked why me, they were thanking my contribution.

Excellent communication skills

I am 23 years old lady. I am highly competent, motivated and enthusiastic person with experience of working as a part time retail assistant for the last two years, and have gained extensive experience of offering advice to customers, dealing with complaints and monitoring sales display areas. In addition to these abilities I am also proficient in meeting sales targets, stocking, replenishing and cleaning sales areas and assisting with retail product selection. I am well organized and proactive in providing timely, efficient and accurate person who is supportive to work colleagues I am approachable, well presented and able to establish good working relationships with a range of different people.

Like a challange

Being a student for the past year I did not have much exposior to the work inviroment. I am a person who can get along with most people and have a big heart for animals and plant. I like to improve my workstation / area to be well organized and well functioned.

I adapt fast n learn very quickly and am very flexibily

I consider that I have all necessary qualifications, documents and technical skill for position that requires employee in your company/institution. As refer post on internent. I’m a flexible person I can adapt to your company easily. I can bring a huge change and also I can give all it takes to lead the organization into the positive attributes.im an innovated and creative person I promise to come up with new ideas, new ways of solving problems. I do love to work or corporate in groups and sharing ideas, I always appreciate work overtime when there is a lot of work behind. I’m looking forward to work under yours supervision within your organization. I almost have all human skills and those that I lack on am working more that hard to be the best on them.
