My Responsibilites as a Personal Assistant to the Branch Manager of Stuttaford Van Lines
My duties as the Personal Assistant to the Branch Manager involve; General administrative duties and managing Correspondence on behalf of the Branch Manager. Act as assistant Public Relations Coordinator Act as the HR on branch level and Coordinate HR reporting admin Functions; I am a representative of the Health and Safety Committee; my responsibilities include assisting and arranging: Meeting & Venue. Also ensuring that the Branch adheres to Health and Safety Compliance. Manage all secretarial duties and correspondence on behalf of the Branch Manager. Maintain filing system. Ordering Group Stationery – monthly and compare prices.
Pros: I enjoy working with my colleagues.
Cons: Travelling expense is too high.

Removals
See 3 to 4 clients a day. Go to the office or home and work quotes out. Getting allong quite well with all my co-workers. Challenging aspects is to make target every month. Very difficult as our prices is very high.
Pros: Can earn commission but isnt always reachable
Cons: Long working hours, no time for family.
