It was an excellent learning curve

As a winding engine driver I am accountable for the conveyance of men, material and ore which include slinging material from the surface by means of a winding engine and other operations also to comply with the mines health and safety act and regulations .So what I have learnt as winding engine driver is just that the safety of the people comes first and respecting the people and having a good relationship with the people whom I'm working with is the second thing that comes to my mind because when the relationship is good I will enjoy the work that I will be doing without any problem. Not forgetting to respect time also.

Hungry to learn

Ability to work under pressure Ability to work shifts Strong negotiation skills I'm good to work with people I can start working immediately Own transport I won't mind working extra shifts I'm hungry to learn I like challenges I enjoy working with people they can teach me 1 or two things T&A can be challenging a lot ,when it came to language ,maybe they dont know English, Afrikaans or Tswana , it will be difficult to communicate
