Excellent learner

I like to work as a team and play a part of being a Supervisor sometime that makes me see myself on top one day. As I was conducting meetings with my superiors and sometimes comes up with the ideas that makes the company go forward or were excellent. I knew how to handle different subordinates. I have achieved more where I was working I was expanded.

Pros: I learned a lot at Sublime and now have seen myself as Safety Officer.
Cons: I was working five(5) days in a week.

I have learned more knowledge at Sublime

I like to work as a Team, always Friendly, Honest and Dedicated to my work. I use to communicate with my Superiors now and then to report of the situation in the Site. I conducted meetings twice a week with my Supervisors. Doing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

Pros: Gain experience in four years I have work at Sublime Technologies.
Cons: I was working five(5) days in a week.

Nosa Certificates

I was Checking the sites and the working equipments if all are in good standard for Subordinates to start work with and make sure all have worn their PPE. To Conduct a meeting with my Superiors was giving me more hope and courage to be part of the Management one day. The Achievements I received at Sublime Technologies make me more and more strong and willing to do more to achieve my Goals. To guard workers were make me have the passion to be a Manager one day.

Gained lot of Experience

I enjoyed to work at Sublime Technologies especially with a Team. Sometimes I was gives a a week or so to take part as Supervisor that's were giving Strength and Courage to be a Manager one day. The team I was working with was always tolerating PPE were always worn. There was no many accidents in the site. I was always meeting my deadlines. To conduct meetings with my Superiors encouraged me a lot as I was even taking place as the one shared the meetings and giving Solutions where needed.

Pros: I learned a lot at Sublime and now have seen myself as Safety Officer.
Cons: I was working five(5) days in a week.
