Good learning Curve

Day to day routine work of analysis, good working conditions and team members to engage with. I enjoy working on projects and investigations because it's an opportunity to acquire new skills and strategies that improves work performance. I have learnt to perform various tasks simultaneously and how to prioritize when under pressure, the challenges that I am likely to face are meeting deadlines and sometimes to having sufficient resources to work with.

Great learning opportunities

Great working environment Gets hectic towards month end trying to meet all commits of the month Great leadership Learnt a lot of instruments like HPLC

Cons: If not dedicated you cant reach an individual's analyst monthly target

Excellent learning experience

I have learnt to use HPLC water instrument. The environment is a good one when it comes to learning. I enjoy analysing samples. The challenging aspect us having to do OOS and deviations

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and grow
Cons: less instrumentation
