Cons: only highly reward mangers and supervisors on a great scale.

Eye opener, great team

I have learned a lot at the company because I am a team leader so one of the best things that I learned is to be courageous and bolt in making some of the decisions. My team always have trust in me and I am always happy and there for them to help in any way possible. Picking up sales is always a pleasant challenge in our job and there is nothing more fun than when you see your sales graph picking up. Our typical work day is during rainy days it makes our job way to deficult to do but we soldier on anyway.

Pros: You get opportunity to study
Cons: Long working hours
