Great learning curve,working with different products from raw materials to finished products,training we get for those products,training people ..enjoy working with different products from start to finish,being able to have control / effect on customer satisfaction..being able to pass our audits from customers and dealing with suppliers..challenges would be meeting all customers needs and making them happy but at the end of the day it's all about them..being able to make a difference in someone who use hold is priceless

Diesel mechanic apprenticeship

I started my diesel mechanic apprenticeship in 2012 @xinergistix man.services, I was trained & assessed in mantaining nd servicing commercial vehicle,hino,dyna,international,frieghtliner,volvo,mercedisbenz & isuzu @mccarthy automotive artisian accademy. I'm a hard working person & still young,still willing to learn & grow broad in the aUtomotive world. I wish my application to be considered

Commercial vehicle certificate

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I hereby wish to apply for a mechanic apprenticeship programme. I started my diesel mechanic apprenticeship @ xinergistix in 2012 and I was sent to mccarthy automotive artisian academy where i was trained and assessed in doing repairs, service, maintainance and auto electric for both commercial vehicles and light motors.assessed through NQF LEVELS I have a good expirience in international ,freight-liner, volvo, isuzu, mercedis, iveco, and def trucks.and all types of trailers eg.(AFRIT ,TOP TRAILER AND HENDRED) I am a hard working person and motivated and dedicated.I also did break downs nation wide.I wish you could help me take my career far, as im willing to grow broad in the automotive world ...

Gaining more knowledge in different field

i want to gain more experience in field of work so that i can be able to prepare myself for future job opportunity. i enjoy working as team because it help for reaching target easily.

Good

Was good working there, because I could interact well with customers and driving a truck gaining experience in form of being a driver was exceptional. Was happy working for Sunbake. Had good relations with co-workers. The challenging part of the work was waking up at 1am and not selling enough bread For the day.

Its a good learning curve in case of driving experience

I am a good driver but I don't think I am earning what I am supposed to be earning as I am a familyman. WWhen it comes to salary I don't earn enough. My relationship with the people I work with is good because they really enjoy my company and my good work the fact that I am always punctual. My typical day at work I ca say is when the stock is not going as planned.

Feel like im being exploited

A person does alot of work for a little salary. You work your butt off but are not appreciated. The way the rate per hour is calculated is incorret and makes the overtime rate so little. You will work for 10 hours and be told u probably worked for 5 hours only and the rest of the hours u were not that busy.

Pros: No opportunities for growth
Cons: Long hours and little money

I have learnt how to work with people while delivering bread

Im 27 old male and I hereby apply for employment at your company. I have been a driver since 2011 and I am good at my job. O am punctual and ready for everything that I am sent to do. By choosing me you won't regret course I am always ready for my good service.

Pros: I am a punctual worker
Cons: I work from 6 to 6 in the evening depending on how the stock is moving

I have learnt a lot from sunbake

Have learn lot from them nevertheless I have to live them as I dnt receive enough salary to support my family. We work more than 8 hours but less payment . All I received that is useful is the driving skills

Cons: long working ours with less payment
