Good envioronment
I am a 32 years of age African female living with a disability. I am a hardworking, conscientious and disciplined female, who is seeking further employment. Wheelchair bond as I am. However that doesn’t prevent me from working. My communication skills are exceptional - both verbal and written, and I am able to function well as an individual or as a team member. I work well under instruction; however as a self-motivated individual I am capable of using my initiative to complete tasks within the working environment in a positive and friendly manner.

Extellent learning experience
It's high pressure as we work with limited staff and a lot of overtime. There are very broad job description for the role one has, it's very versatile.

Good learning curve
Sunspray is a good company to work for They empower their workers and they provide trainings. Team work is encouraged at sunspray food ingredients. I have learned that in order to succeed you need to learn and respect other's.

Quality food safety
I m working as quality control manager at the moment. I have six years exprince as Microbiologiest in sunspray food ingredient . I have done iso 2200 , HACCP . I m on the food safety team and doing more on improving the quality assurance system .

30 Years of experience
I am a Chartered accountant with more than 25 years experience. I have African experience as well as a lot of different industries. I have set up trading entities in Botswana, Namibia, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe and Zambia. I have worked in Botswana for 4 years. I also investigated setting up entities in DRC, Kenya, Tanzania and other countries. I have SOX and US GAAP experience. I was also involved with 2 SAP implementations.

Good for beginners
A very good company where you can learn a lot of things apart from your job description. The staff here is very welcoming and friendly, they can make you feel at home and easy to adapt. Great in giving information regarding whatever your interested in.

Improved presentation and communication skills
Conduct daily informal plant inspections, issue out PPE, conduct SHE awareness training, monitoring of the yard and security, liaise with management on safety issues that need urgent attention. I have an excellent relationship with the co-workers. To have knowledge and skill to execute tasks is power. Conducting and facilitating SHE awareness training. Changing the behavior of the co-workers is the hardest part of the job.
