Good learning curve
Supabets are a bookmaker that has exploded onto the South African betting scene in recent months. They are an international operation and seem to be investing quite heavily in the African market, which is great for us punters. They’ve started to markets themselves quite heavily but taking over sponsorship of the EFC from Betx (which has since gone back to Betx) and by their television advert campaign. ’ve never been into a Supabets store so I cannot say too much about their retail operation but apparently they have 31 branches around South Africa and one opening / open up in Cape Town soon. I’ll definitely head down soon to check the store out. Anyway, onto the good stuff. Supabets have a 50% sign on bonus on your first deposit up to R2000.
Pros: you learn a lot and get to know small detailed things that you never paid attention to
Cons: long working hours and one day off

Great learning opertunity
Working at Supabets was a great learning experience and I loved working with my staff of 137 cashiers. As like in any company, bussiness, or Working environment some days are better than others. With Supabets one of our biggest attractions was the roullette which we live streamed from America, and as luck will have it Network failure will accure as soon as the branch is at its fullest. Loads of customer complaints and querries about the network was brought to out attention. I have learned alot as an branch manger. I learned how to cope and work under pressure, Managing 137 staff members. How to resolve customer matters and build a relationship with my Co-workers and Customers.
Pros: Great company with loads of potential growth
Cons: Working 6 days a week Including weekends

Tough learning curve
I get to work at 06:30 I then log on to my PC and see if is there any email or WhatsApp I need to do a courtesy follow-up to remind clients to provide outstanding documents, I have a good relationship with my manager and my team leader, my colleagues are fun, vibrant , energetic and enthusiastic, I have learnt not to judge other people and to be patient I have learnt to work independently and being able to work effectively under no Supervision . I enjoy going out to with my colleagues, The most challenging part of my current job is that the work load is not too much and we are many in the department so it will happen that we fight for validations just to reach a target and among ourselves we do see a need of team work but others are not willing to compromise .
Pros: Communication skills,Time management and Problem solving skill
Cons: working long hours and working during public holidays

Good environment for career path
I started working for suprebets in September 2016. It is a very complex environment hence I used my adaptability strategy to keep up. I worked 6 days a week, 8 hours a days and one day off. A daily job rautine was mantained whereby a minimum score/target was set to be reached by a cashier everyday.I really had an excellent relationship with my co-workers, manager and my usual customers. My most recent experience is how to handle customers, paying too much attention when playing bets, good communication, time and deadline management. I enjoyed working with positive attitude customers and those with patient when they find long ques. the most challenging part was when you miscounted money to check-up, thus you will have to use your money to cover up your mistakes
Pros: meeting new challenges
Cons: working 6 days a week
