I captured and check the stock

I debrief all the trucks before I leave and check all the stock and check all the invoices and the returned stock. I make sure I call all the drivers for country route as they went for two or three days before I leave. I am working with more than 500 people. I have learned more things since I have been working here.

Pros: I will be happy if i can be a debrief manager
Cons: working under pressure and without transport

I am working underpressure and i dont have any transport for my place cause i work in Elandsfontein

I captured 40 pages or invoices a day and I check the returned stock and hand it back to the w/house the following day. we work as a team and we understand each other. working with people you must be patience and be a good listener. teaching me anything new in the company. challenge that I am facing is labour rules because once invoice is lost by u the just fired u. they don't followed the labour rules . Not enjoying if something goes wrong.

Pros: Promotions is there only if you perform very well and not be lazy do things right for the first time
Cons: long hours not paying overtime

Capture the right thing always and dont be fast and manage your time

I captured invoices for 25 trucks daily the one for local and the one for country routes. I make sure that all trucks are back before I leave. we work as a team of 4 data captures in our department.

Pros: learn while you are working
Cons: uneccesary overtime
