Gaining experience
Just gaining experience but not the kind of treatment expected. Only happy that I wake up to something and not just sit at home. Making more work and not being noticed about that and or getting incentive out of that. Management not really being great bosses, criticism and racism still play a huge role in our organisation and sometimes not making it easy to have a normal day and enjoyable day at work. Despite everything, I have gained a lot of experience in working with sap and also I have learned to have more patience.

Excellent job always
Submitting or Finnish job before deadlines . Working overtime if needed .. Working underpressure if there's lots of work . Working as a team is what I learned . Problem solving always.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
WORKING WITH FUNNY STAFF VERY COOL AND UNDERSTANDING. THE MANAGEMENT IS WORST THING EVER THEY DO'NT ALLOW PEOPLE TO TAKE LEAVES. THE RELATIONSHIP I HAVE WITH MY CO WORKERS IS VERY GOOD ITS WE ARE ALL SIBLINGS. I ENJOY MY WORK BUT I DO'NT LIKE IT WHEN I'M BEING OVERLOADED WITH OTHER PEOPLE WORK BY THE MANAGEMENT.

Ability to work under pressure
Being directly involve with the planning for the day. Making sure the customers order is correctly picked and delivered to the customer. Having feed back on your deliveries by the customer. The is no I in team.

Good people
Me and my colleagues have a good working relationship and we work good together we always listen to each other and give out advices when needed. The most enjoyable part is that we have a loving boss who listen to us.

I love what I do
I’m currently a liquor rep. I work a full day looking after existing customer and cold calling for new business. We are not just reps, we go the extra mile sorting out any events, doing reports, delivery tracking and keeping a great customer relationship. I’m a friendly person so I get along with anyone. I enjoy being on the road and meeting new people.

Excellent learning curve
Office hours Monday to Friday and once a month on a Saturday for stock take. Best Co workers. We are like family. Minimal growth potential Enjoy satisfaction of getting things sorted Half days on birthdays.

Super Group looks after their employees
I was with Super Group for an extended period of time nearly 13 years all together You have to be at work at your specified starting time and it is expected of you to stay late frequently Most of the people is easy to get along with and can be of great support I have learned most of my skill at Super Group and have loved some of the opportunities I had to explore more technologies as we were loaded with quite a few at the same time
Pros: Good company to work for if you get along with the right people
Cons: Long hours is expected, Always being available is expected, Little congratulations given from manager

Transport industry
Transporting good from their final destination and also to the airpot when it's egen. The most chalwnging aspect is to work long hours without being paid and there is not leave work January to December
