Increased my customer experience

Superfine is a retail store that sold sunglasses. There was no commission on the amount of item sold. The staff were worked to their maximum, some of them had 14 hour shifts. The store did not accommodate sitting arrangements. Staff sat on boxes to have lunch. Overall it was a good experience!

Experience is great,

I love working with people and leading a team . Experience of doing day to day admin and running a store. I have very good relationship with my co workers ,we don't even fight at all . I love the work environment which is quiet fun and easy to work in .

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion and getting insights of working in retail
Cons: No incentives

Learning curve

The the Company needs to be more inclusive of their staff and have better salaries and benefits.. With every sale we made. analysis was done predominantly. It is as if the company did not trust the employees
