Learning and Development Coordinator

A typical work day is coming in at the office at 7am, make myself a cup of green tea and start on the completion work that was not complete the previous day. After that I look at my notes on what is important and needs more attention and closer due date. My relationship with co-workers is good we all get along and make it fun throughout the day as we spend more hours at work than home. What I have learnt is to be more patient when it comes to dealing with people and different queries. Also I have had an opportunity to work as a Learning and Development Coordinator, in the process achieving an SDF qualification. What I enjoy the most with my job is being able to work with people at a point but also having to work with no person interaction. The most challenging aspects of the job are most probably month end deadlines where some information hasn’t been sent to me. Also having to do retrenchments letters, firing and disciplinary.

Excellent learning curve

Leons Motors Rustenburg was an excellent learning curve, just that I didnt enjoy working there. Reason being, It was more of an apartheid based place. You could feel the pressure that you are black, some of the managers dont even hide it. You get promoted or demoted based on how a manager feels about you, not because you earned it. Apart from that, I have learned a lot there and want to use my knowledge and experience to my advantage.

Excellent learning curve

Leons Motors Rustenburg is an excellent learning curve. I learned a lot there and I want to bring my experience to your institution. I am team spirited so my relationship with my co-workers was the best. In my working environment I learned how to work with different people, understand them in order to have a professional working environment.

Excellent learning curve

I learned a lot there but it is not a friendly working environment. The people are nice and i played a big role in ensuring that the company is in good hands.
