Good working environment

The working place is good, you get to have free transport to the working arears. The company gives youth a chance to improve themselves by giving the training and some advises on how to deal with life problems

Learning how to do a deisel recon and contracts.

Working in a construction company is very challenging, sometimes good sometimes bad. We meet a lot of people each and every site,someare funny some angry but I loved it. When coming to labourers that's where I ejoyed construction as we meet funny people at all times.

Pros: I was a labours and promoted to site clerk
Cons: working hours is day shift and night shift to finish job on time

Great experiance

I had time time to run a site all by myself, being the most experienced on site. Got time to show my skills and expertise. Dealt with challanges of working in a location.

Normal construction company

not what I expected from such a big company, sub contractors does not want to work for this construction company, because they pay the lowest rates possible. Therefore you have to make use of sub standard sub contractors.By doing that you pick up endless problems with unskilled workforce.
