Leaning Curve and a good Stepping stone towards my career path

Understanding how the process works and designing better Standard procedures so that the process can run at an optimum state is what I do on a daily basis. Designing work combination tables and work combination charts for the operators.

Pros: Great opportunity for being employed permanantely
Cons: Having to convince operators to work according to the proposed plan

Very good learning hard working

Learn to work under pressure Sometimes come with a plan to make machine working.learn lot of job as we work as a team sometimes work with electrian then i learn something
