I like working as a team because that where we can able to brief one another about the origin of the organization/ company. I've learnt that sharing things with other people helps you a lot to gain more information and able to learn more things about different things. in this company I've learnt that peoples need comes first than your and a client or customer is always right . I've learnt that how to study a client needs through talking with him/her and able to help him/ her at the end of the day. most of the time I can compromised through that things and able to help other peoples needs. as I've studied marketing management that's helps me a lot on how to run the business or how to meet the target through sales. as I'm in insurance company lots of people need funerals covers and investment that where I can find more target because my products is all what people need for leaving.

Good

every day we get challenges, clients problem and at the end of the problem must been solved. I have good relationship with my co-workers, always friendly. I learn how to take good cate of clients. I enjoy when client are happy with my service. the most challenge is to deal with difficult personalities
