Sustainable Energy Reviews

Excellent communicating curve

I work as a call center agent in an international call center called sustainable energy. As agents we introduce people in Florida to offer services such as Solar panels and roofing to which they qualify for if they are home owners and exceed a certain amount in their electric bill.We have supervisors who then take over the call and closes leads for us.Currently we do all of this as agents. Our work place is filled with energy since we stand for a while to keep up at night. We have music on the background which also keep us energetic. We have are all close because we are few in number and that keeps the work place interesting.l enjoy making money and the relationships with others.l have learnt to be patient because sometimes you can dial the whole day but get a lead just before you knock off.The challenges we face include people swearing at us on the phones and hanging up on you.

Pros: Great learning environment
Cons: Absence of leads

Excellent learning curve

I enjoyed getting into the sale industry through telemarketing as its a cutthroat industry that teaches one resilience and humility. I have learned to overturn negatives and that there is no such thing as a negative customer in actual fact, just a potential yes or a no depending on how your cards are played.

Pros: Great opportunity for multitasking
Cons: Late working hours
