Eager to learn on new things

code 14 driver with more than 10 years experience in dangerous and heavy loads transporting inside and outside the country,willing to relocate even internationally,ambitious,energetic,with matric certificate,computer literate and willing to learn to keep up growing the company

An unpleasant working experience

Working for Sutherland Transport has given me the most unappreciated experience to date. This organisation lacks organisation and abuses the time of all their employees. There have been false promises regarding performance bonuses and the job description list increases in size with no fluctuation in salary. They look for any opportunity to hold employees financially liable for any mistakes that may occur and this is enforced by vague contracts which employees are expected to sign. Employees were sent home for short time due to looting in JHB and DBN and absent time was jist deducted from pay regardless of what the contract stipulates. On the up side, collegues make the work okay.

Pros: It pays the bills
Cons: Long working hours with no respect for personal time.
