Good training and working skills.

Ensure that the required governance structures and delegation of functions and responsibilities, as determined by the store, to adequately manage the risk programme, is implemented. Monitor and notify store management of required training and certification relevant to the organisational structure to manage the programme. Monitor and maintain Health & Safety Standards with the assistance of relevant checklists to ensure a continuous high standard of safety, health and environmental compliance at all times. Recording and maintaining of business related legislative certificate requirements and procedures. Recording and monitoring of business related legislative registers required and procedures. Bringing to attention of managers within whose area of responsibility the relevant registers fall of any deviations and lapses and notifying APM.

Leaning lot of experience

I have have the requirements that they need to the decency and i learn lot of experience in security industry and if u are security u have to like it job and always be alert all time,to keep your job safe be a friend with you job and don't trust any to be on the safe side aways,the main function of a security officer in any business is to protect the assets and do not assume and ask question when u unsure and report all the incident,good manners respect and always be polite and firm and mentain your composure,be self assured

Excellent

I was a hard working woman following every instructions, I was always early and also the last one to live. I did paper work as well, also security gard at front line door, also at receiving, I had to also work night shift without extra rating, the ratings of night shift was equally with the ones for day shift sometimes I work over times without extra money on my pay standing for the hole day without sitting down

Training experience

I have grown in my team work abilities.I am more accurate in data capturing. I have learnt more in the patrol field and also involved in easy roster duties. I capture new employees weekly and maternity on a Friday.strong relationship with my co workers. I enjoy the leave capturing the most. The most challenging was the Uif principles

Hard worker

I matriculated I am a fast learner, hard worker am will to work, I have experience of wiring washing machine, I worked as a waitress but was a temporarily job.
