Excellent learning, and happy that innovations brought about change

Constantly meeting with the supplier in relation to business needs, approving and declining sales proposals and recommending some to the business based on a good return on investment on what is being pitched. Developing costs savings initiatives, and constantly looking for cost drive downs for the business but not necessarily compromising on quality and service. Coworker relations had been good to a certain level and some times disagree on some aspects but never took any of those disagreements personal. Adding value to the business always bring a level of satisfaction. I have managed to save the business on IT equipment including upgrading the Internet and telephone systems and hardware.

Pros: Having developed a Group Procurement policy and have it adopt and agreed by all parties.
Cons: Company culture in accepting change to the business.

Excellent Learning Curve

An Excellent working environment , sometimes stressful but very rewarding . Challenging on most days as we work with a high capacity of employees on a day-to-day basis
