Its a challenging occupation as the same as all other job description its got it's advantages and dis-advantages. Dealing with the day to day complaints from customers is a very challenging job having to explain the code of conduct of the company on the daily basis is something that gives you more confidence in you job capabilities. I can say here at work we are a family away from family we co-operate very well, of cause a family has got its ups and downs but at the end we resolve our issues without anyone being painful or keeps the record of the past. Through that and the environment I work in it teaches you to be tolerant of each and every person of any religion and race. I enjoy working with people because you understand the situation of being confusing when something goes wrong to you and require a solution and I'm there to assist and offer solution. A challenging part its when it takes time for a claim to be resolved and the people relevant to that are not ad-hearing to the problem.
Pros: Its great opportunity for promotion as well, you need to have a thick skull for it
Cons: short hours during the week and long hours during the weekend

GOOD LEARNING CARVE
Its like any work that has everything which challenging, because you deal with complaints every day. You don't need a grumpy attitude for this kind of work, that's what I tell my fellow colleagues. I'm also an easy to relate kind of person, I have a very healthy relationship with my colleagues. I also learned to a very down to earth to deal with these kind of issues. I enjoy the fact that customise see me as a problem solver to their problems.
Pros: great for promotion
Cons: long hours

My Daily Activities
I have good relationship with my team by having an open door policy to ensure they comfortable to discuss anything with me, I keep them motivated but not forgetting disciplined as it is very important standard operating procedures are follows. I enjoy that everyday is a new challenge, no two days are the same and I can never plan my day, something always comes up within the operation.
Pros: Learning everyday.
Cons: No room to grow.
