Working for SYSDBA was the highlight of my career.

SYSDBA is the company that invests in improving the skills of its own workforce. When I first started, I did not know much about the industry, however I was given support to learn and grow my craft. The company possess leaders with the ability to inspire employees to partake in their vision for the organisation without imposing. Although they hold dominant positions, the leadership is humble and generous in sharing their talents. The company's open-door policy has afforded me the opportunity hone my own leadership skills and to implement what I have learned within my department.

Pros: I had was given platform to influence from top to bottom of the company ladder
Cons: The company is small and I would like to implement what I have learned on the large scale.

Good environment

its a good job they offer bursaries the certificate I have is because of them. There is no to much of work as it is a small company. They are the good people all of them from the colleagues to the superiors, I learnt that I have to study in other to be successful in life as all of them are studying.

Pros: i dont see the promotion coming to me i have waited for so ling for it.
Cons: from 7:30 to 14:00
