I am studying what I love, so no matter how challenging it maybe at times i still dont giveup.

I am Studying at T-Systems ICT academy, doing Microsoft Software Development. We start class at 8am and finish at 4pm Monday to Friday and rest on Weekends. I love my working with my fellow classmates as well as other students from different classes. I have learned so much in just two years studying here, not only computer and network communications but, a lot about other people's cultures and how to work with other people as a group which i believe has improved my communication skills. I enjoy socializing and getting myself involved in many different activities. I enjoy challenges and can easily cope when working under pressure. The most challenging aspect about the course that i am doing is that, you always have to keep practicing what you learn everyday in order to do well and be accurate at all times. Building Web-applications is always challenging but i enjoy it more.

Pros: Great Oportunity
Cons: Very long working hours, but i am comfortable with that.

It is an excellent start to a career

At the company I am in there are a lot of challenges, learning and receiving what one would never thought they could receive. My typical day would include being in my lab configuring routers on Packet tracer, doing assessments and a trainer coming in teaching us on CCNA. The challenge comes when we have to put what we have learnt into action and put everything together reason being why experience is needed.

Pros: It is a great opportunity that a new comer into the work environment can get.
Cons: How some of our personalities must change.

I have been taught to survive out of the least I have.

It is a blessing to work for small companies because it gives you more responsibilities and it also allow you to grow in the company. I have worked with my colleagues very well even though sometimes we had disagreements when carrying out projects out of the country. I have learnt that as an employee, you must be engaged in your work and also show commitment, you work should not be questioned, you must always strive to deliver quality results. I enjoy hands on projects, and I also enjoy working with teams as that give me an opportunity to learn more.

Pros: There is room for grouth
Cons: Being given more work with minimal time.
