o Cisco Unified communications (Full Admin role, creating, modifying, deleting, managing user profiles) o Creation, transfer and deletion of accounts for end users, system, generic or privilege accounts o Responsible for end user account related problem troubleshooting o Manage mailbox permissions o Shared drive access and o (UC)Cisco Unified CM Administration Support and administration o Exchange server Support o Active directory o Use the exchange management tools to manage recipients o Process of access requests or incidents that include any add, modify and delete of accounts o Help to define and execute ongoing administration and health maintenance plans, procedures, and operations o Diagnose, resolve, and communicate advanced problems o Ensure Management standards are adhered to. o Responsibility for security o Perform account validity checks
