I learn a lot everyday

i work a lot with different people everyday and enjoy it and i do that on my own time i can work a permanent job while i work at table charm that is why i like it and this job gives me confident to talk to people i use to be a shy person but now im very confident

Relationship oriented

Basic we sell table charm products to the community and if you don't sell , you don't earn .the good thing is you can sell as much as you want and the more you sell the bigger the salary .you at your own time being the boss is great .

The job needs determination because we don't have static income you get paid on how many products you sold to consumers.So I always make sure I go the extra mile to make a reasonable income.

Excellent learning curve

Is a busy day throughout the week... Constantly n call with clients to confirm their orders and to take orders... We have an excellent relationship with our coworkers, I've learnt how to communicate with people better AND how to deal with daily targets

Pros: No promotion
Cons: yes ,if target not met by other employees we have to help complete before going home most times very late
