Good learning curve
Its a good company which is growing rapidly. Typical days work is expecting a lot of incoming calls from FNB clients following-up or querying about the delivery of their bank cards. I have a solid good relationship with all colleagues. I have learnt a lot as this is my first call centre job. I enjoy interacting with my colleagues mostly. Reaching targets is not easy when there is not much work and the lines are not busy. It can become a challenge but it is something I always strive in doing well and archiving
Pros: Growth is available within the company and it is always shared amongst employees when opportunity arise
Cons: Long working hours in which you get told the the day before that there will be compulsory overtime. Its always at short notice
