well its basically same thing everyday dealing with customer issues and making them smile. I have learned that it is very important to sound very friendly, willing to assist and sure of what you are saying when speaking to customers specially over the phone and to take everyone of them like your first one for the day. Management was just ok nothing much to tell about it The hardest part was dealing with irate customers specially when there was a problem with the network. the most part i enjoy about my job is team buildings

Excellent treatment

i like to keep my team motivated so they can be productive and also keep them happy, i learnt show to manage the staff and the system. i enjoyed to keep my team motivated.
