Excellent learning experince

its a great experince,my co-workers are great people and a typical work day is when we have too many students to work with. Its a great learning place,meet different people and learning how to communicate and treat people. I enjoy helping students.Whats challenging is when the students are writting exams and others want their results and claims for their busaries money

Good Mechanical Skills

Lecturing of Mechanical Engineering Subjects and I had a good relationship with my Co-workers,good teamwork.I have learned that people are not the same because I sometimes found good student and some where not doing well and with that i had to treat them the same. Transferring my Mechanical Skills and exposing them was my duty and I had good passion on that,I really enjoyed that day by day.The most challenging aspect was if I have to present the module which I made long time ago and I was very challenging.

Pros: Less oppotunity for promotion
Cons: average working hours
