Working for a call center is quite interesting. You get to interact with different people. We work with UK and USA companies so our work time is very different from SA. I work with really good people. We are like a family. My communication skills have definitely improved. I enjoy making deal. It’s a great feeling to see your stats improve. It shows you’re on the right direction. The most challenging is having to deal with people who are not easily convinced to accept whatever you’re trying to offer them. Some people are rude and are unable to speak nicely to people so that’s quite challenging but you learn to deal with it and get used to such.

Pros: You get pushed to be goal orientated
Cons: Time difference from SA and UK/USA

Great company to work at

great company to work in, with great staff and a great team culture. Great learning opportunity from European Lead Generation and skill development is immense. awkward working house from 15:00-00:00 but enjoyable
