Talksure was a brilliant company with an awesome culture however over time and change in strategy the company has changed drastically. There is still Insense area for growth

There is no diversity at Talksure

Boring incentives. Good commission. Long hours. There is no diversity , only indians and 2% blacks in management. Too much pressure...............................................................,......................

Satisfactory

Good Family feel call centre. Good company benefits however only newly implemented. Processes are in place to enhance work performance. No growth. Been in the same position for the past 5 years.

Pros: Meet a lot of people. Get to mentor and coach but your experience is limited. They offer other company benefits and opportunity to develope you through courses done internally to further your knowledge in your field.
Cons: Disciplinary action not followed comsistently which can overall lead to bad work performance and not meeting required targets.

The opportunity

Perfect 8-5 job with no weekends. At Talksure there is opportunites to get your FAIS accreditation and also the RE qualification at no cost to you which is fully paid by the company. They also offer other learnerships and there is plenty room for growth within the company. The salaries are quiet good.Their culture and vibe is amazing. Their year end functions and team buidlings are awesome. There are alot of things that I have learnt whilst working at Talksure and I have really grown and developed as an individual during my time there, however should you not be in good books with your manager then you heading for trouble. Words of advice: Should you be unhappy with your team leader or if you feel you are victimised by management speak up immediately before its too late.

Fairly

Working at talksure is a very fast paced environment and very enjoyable team members are always pushing you to do better always having healthy competition and the working hours are not straining at all

Good Learning Experience

Good opportunities to study however promotions are limited to who has the longest tongue. Used to be an excellent company to work for until the newly appointed GMs decided to mess with the commission structure. Targets were increased drastically which led to weak agents earning more than quality agents. Hard work and dedication was no longer appreciated and it became all about what you can do for your manager rather than what you can do for the company.

Cons: They dont pay commission
