No support from top management, too much favoritism. no communication skills among departments everyone is hoping not to get fired learned A+ and N+ merged with different partners

The company is good ,but there is little recognition to staff members.
My typical work day I start working at 8 o'clock .checking stock damages and faulty ordering if there is low stock.I have a good relationship with my ci workers my job entitles us to be more in contact cause we bounce ideas and help each other in problem solving.I have learnt to manage myself be more disciplined and that small things matter and make a huge difference. I enjoy when we do trainings cause there is more to learn as there are more changes everyday and technology improves everyday .challenges is when you find it hard to get someone to assist in the HQ while you have customers looking for solution and its beyond my control
Pros: I have gained good colleagues so I am a team player
Cons: customers not attended in due time
