I have learnt a lot from my boss

I have learnt a lot from my boss and team. My boss is a senior business manager who has trained me about the business as a whole. I enjoy working with my team and other departments. The environment is fine.

Pros: Able to learn from different departments
Cons: Overload of work- Dealing with finance, logistics, sales, ordering,engineering and inventory

my relationship with my co-workers is good as we work as a team. l learn new things day by day like electical things most fault finding in hidden parts. l enjoy finding faults the most and working wing my team l creat at work

Eye opener and the different atmosphere of HR with different people dynamics and company culture.

Intuitive and very different in a way that the history of the company could have made the whole staff realise a common goal and stick to it. Unfortunately the whole staff was retrenched and company had to close

Pros: Huge potential for growth and designing major policies for staff in an aim of advancing their potentials
Cons: Unhappy staff based on the management style according to them.
