Good Experience

The company consists of 4 units and the best part about it is that you are not always working at the same place, sometimes you were to work at their guesthouse and gain more experience. The Production part of it is always on the go, and you will find that you end up working more than 12 hours a day. The employees are good to work with and co-operative. I have learnt to work under pressure and able to face any challenges.

Supervision, Finance and Admin

I am currently working in the Finance and Admin department. I deal with all customer and supplier queries. I work hand in hand with the Production Manager and Stock Controller. I issue statements, Vat reports and also input in Company Audits. I also help in preparing the company Financial Statements and Reports to the Board of Directors. The Company is owned by 44 Shareholders of which we report to them on a Quarterly basis. The Company is based in Lephalale and consists of other 3 units of which i also help in the finance department. Our production runs from 7am to 4pm, although there are days when you have to come back if there are any extra orders to issue late. We work Monday to Sundays.

Cons: Must be prepared to work overtime and from home after hours.
