Good learning curve

We work with steel here in the company. more jobs coming in the factory more energy to be putted. commitment its what we have as a team. we working hand in hand. I have learned that i need cover my self by doing what i am employed for, always save everything in my PC for prove for future queries. i enjoy working with my boss because he encourages me to do my best in my job. The most challenging thing here is to deal with salary queries especially for public holidays payment.

Good leaning curve

The job i am having for a day it fit the day. I am having a good relationship with co-worker i have nothing to complain about, they are co-workers. i have learned that as a person to don't have to be selfish to share information or knowledge. i enjoy my work working hand in hand with my boss. emergency works order when they are many it takes to much time that put us under pressure we end up working on weekends.

It’s a good company to work in because i work 8 hours per day and on weekends am off am doing daily report, doing tool box talk, time sheets and assisting doing material request for the factory. I enjoy working in the factory with the guys because we respect each other. I have learned that when you are in a high position than others you still need to pay respect to them. I enjoy my job especially when we have to much job in the factory we have time to sit with supervisors and come with the strategy to use. The we have to much job is the more we have to much emergency that is challenge for me.

Factory admin

Good leaning curve

We are manufacturing Gates. i have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learned a lot about how to balance my job especially when we have a big job. i enjoy working hand in hand with my manager because he gives me a chance to grow in the field. The challenging part is when every job is urgent while we have another jobs to complete too.
