Great company

working for taxify has given me the opportunity to associate with different people on a much better level, also given me the experience in customer relation and also to always conduct my self professionally and with integrity, because of the demand in the industry this organization has taught me to work hard and for long hours. Working in the transport business needs team work, and working for such and an organization has taught me good team work skills. I have worked in customer related industries in the past but this organization given me the kind of experience i need in dealing with all kinds of clients professionally, and to always have a positive attitude. The most challenging aspects i have encountered is dealing with different people and always listening , and always knowing what to say and when to say it without offending clients. My goal in the company is to always give good customer service and always find new ways of improving customer service.

Enthusiasm

a typical day will be starting work at around 5am to 6am not knowing who you going to pick up and where you gonna to make the pick up. it's very interesting giving a service to total strangers and giving a satisfying service to those clients. no matter what, you must always give a good service and always be alert of the dangers that comes with driving a stranger that you have no idea of their intentions, at the same time being aware of other road users so you can keep both yourself and your clients out of accidents. at the end of the day of 12 to 15hrs giving the good service driving from suburb to suburb, town to town, city to city meeting new and interesting clients, you get a satisfying feeling and can't wait to do it again the next day

Excellent learning curve

Typical work day is that it is always busy but sometimes the business is very slow. I have a good working relationship with my clients and what i have learnt is that customers must be always happy walk times. What I enjoy most is that i always communicate with different people on a daily basis

Great opportunity to meet with people who are working and ask them about the job how to apply etc.

Being a taxify driver is nice on busy days cause you will be making more money. But when it's quite you will never enjoy the more you work the more you make money the only challenge is that there are many cars on taxify it's hard to reach the target and we compete with meter taxi, Uber and public transport. That is why it's hard to make money.

Pros: Great opportunity for making more money.
Cons: Long working hours no off day

Excellent learning curve

I really like my work because I have experienced lot of places especially in Gauteng and meeting different people,celebrities and that is what makes me enjoy my work.There are tough times where I can't earn more money but I just keep my head high and putting more energy,effort until I get wht I want.

Diploma in policing

I am an unemployed graduade looking for a job, i have excellent driving skills, fluent in english,confident and also willing to explore other opportunities.

Pros: what i liked the most about the job was getting to explore places i have never been and meeting different kind of people. The challenging part was working for long hours without sleep nor to rest.

Good

I know how to work with different people share ideas and respect and I respect every body n I also respect the work premises I all ways come ealy at work and I am a quick thinker and am not short tempered I always working with confident I can drive properly with no ecident and I always concentrating and forcuse on work

As an experienced driver, I would like to utilize my experience and years of hard work in implementing new practices and procedures in the field of driving. I would like to utilize my self-motivated approach in dealing with critical situations

A wonderful place to expand my knowledge and skills in driving

It's a wonderful place to work at but the management is not open to hear advices from anyone atthey don't follow the labour laws into terms of employment payments and treatment

Good earning

You can earn as much depend on how you push and how is the business by then,cos it's a company opperate like uber......You boss and manage your self....it was good but now it not working as much that I can support my family as the cars are more on the platform than before .....the more earnings are on December.....because like now it's hard when it come to pay car if you renting only good if you manage your own car

Pros: Great opportunity for schoolers and people start driving who don't have people to support
Cons: Hours it's on your hand no pressure.
