Its a very busy organization with every day customer queries plus you have to make sure that you call customers to make follow up for all related queries.we are a very united team with a manager that is very good on people skills and he maintain communication in all aspects of working environment we are a very strong team with people values customer driven and we believe that each one has a role to play in the business I get along with every one in my team due the fact that HR has learn me that with people skills you can achieve any obstacle,and my experience with trade union also has a big rule in being candor with people and also being in retail where you meet all kinds of persons. what i have leaned from all my experience is that customers is a corner stone of every business and i should try by all means to make sure that i bring joy in a customers face all the time. time is a major challenge.

Excellent company for growth
Look forward to new challenges every day, this fulfills me mentally. Enjoy working with people, have a great relationship and understanding with my team. I started with Prestige now known as TCIA, not knowing what was tubular fabric ,due to not ever working with knit fabrics, yes i was given the opportunity to show case my skills. Started as a quality controller in house, promoted to senior quality within a year, , 3 years later to CMT auditor, 2 years later to Quality manager, and then regional manager. I enjoy working with people and finding solution's. Current challenges are lack of skills with in the industry, although i do enjoy training people. Very passionate and hungry for growth. Given the opportunity i believe i can reach many heights.

Over worked and under paid with horrible working conditions but the best colleagues to work with.
As a leading aparell company TCI Supports many companies and have a devoted staff fleet but they fail to take care of their staff financially causing a loss of invested talents especially amongst young staff who freely risk new employment ventures and seek healthier working conditions. So while TCI is a brilliant company in terms of efficiency and work flow, financially they do not sustain their staff in these economic times. Thus there are continuous searches for better ventures from many staff but for me, I've reached my growth capacity here and need a new challenge with scope for growth.
Pros: Amazing learning opportunities and colleague group as good as family
Cons: Long hours, minimal pay and no overtime options

Passionate and discipline in whatever I attempt to do .Stick to the rules.
Passionate and dedicated to my company and team. Failure is not in my vocabulary. Work independently and love being in my own space. No compromise with my functions or procedures. Honesty and respect is important. Work ethics is also important in order to achieve your goal. Compliance and rules give me directive . Love making up processes to suit the companiy, all have the same goal.That is to satisfy the customer. Learnt how to mange people ,deal with problems on a daily basis. Engage with different cultures. I enjoy solving problems. Love challenging associates. Greats challenge is selling with CMT.Due to lack of skills I personally spend time with the factories,training .
