Excellent experience gained

I have really enjoyed my time at TDM - it has been both rewarding and challenging. Each work day was different, filled with its own unique experiences. I have made life long friends at TDM and each of them have added value to my life as a whole. I have learnt a great deal about a factory environment - very different to corporate. I understand the challenges that the company is faced with in terms of a large workforce and I have learnt how to employ certain strategies to cope with the workforce, especially the trade unions.

Pros: Fantastic work colleagues
Cons: Very negative work environment due to heavy financial strain
