Ecxellent learning curve

What I enjoy more about my job is to inter act with my clients, making sure I provide them with all the assistance they require. And as team player with my good listening skills makes fit in very well within the organisation

Pros: ability to try new things
Cons: i dont mind putting long ours at work for a good course

Learning curve

Currently i am working for an NGO called TEARS foundation. An organization that educates about sexual abuse, and we also assist raped and abused men,women and children. My job is the most challenging one, i work as a interventions farcilitater. I do interventions before referals, assist those who wants to open cases against the perpetrators, refer some for medical check ups and counseling, support groups after. Opening of files and capturing for stats. As challenging as it is, it becomes easy because of the team effort.

Pros: growth and is a possible thing if you willng to go all the way, and making sure you gibe all your tasks your full attention
Cons: we working very long hours as i also conduct our yearly awarenesses, we do weekends and aome out of town
