Learning to Multitask

I am a good Team player. I have learnt how to multi task as I am currently the Receptionist (Front-line Representative), Administrator, Data Capture, as well as the Executive Assistant to one of the Managing Members. On a daily basis I liaise with our biggest clients, make sure our installation board is up to date. I ensure that the Managing Member hasn't missed any appointments made. I have knowledge on how to work on Sage. I am good with the MS package, as I used to teach Computer Applications Technology for 2 years at a High School. I have good telephone ethic, as well as good ethic in sending emails. I am loyal, trustworthy and always will to learn. I am always up for a new challenge.

Pros: Great for learning to multitask
Cons: Company is situated next to Tembisa and as i women travelling alone, i don't feel safe

Pros: It was great opportunity to work at Tectonic Stone I really enjoyed my job until end of contact
Cons: it was normal hours
