Experience working with People and find it challenging

. Never a dull day in the office, working with workshop staff and admin staff makes it challenging. . Travel to various sites in SA and cross boarder . Support structure to staff . Understanding demands vs supply . BBBEE annual changes was challenging to get the budget approved by stakeholders . Manage payroll for 3500 staff ...including expats with 6 different currencies was an achievement as this was new for me. With more than 15 years of experience in Training Management, Human Resources Management, as well as my expertise in managing staff training and development, payroll and IR functions, I can exceed your expectations in this role.

The Site agent post i have been holfing for the past 5 years was great

That was a wonderfull experience learnt and shared amongst the management, had a lot of learnig curves through vigils and mining sectors. I will value this company for my life as the promotion oportunities are abundent. The company had a lot of experienced personnel and could have became the top big five in S.A,if was not only based in Africa . Keep up the good job guys and always remember your hospitality. Thanks for lot of chances to be on my own in most of your sites. Thanks for believing in me.
