Better prospects

I work and 8hour day.I am hardworking and responsible employee.I share a very platonic and pleasant relationship with my co workers.I am attention to detail person and leave no stones unturned.I have learnt about expat payroll processing. I enjoy working with co workers from the DRC I enjoy every aspect of my duties. YThe most challenging aspect was payroll processing for over 3000 employees and some of which are expats as as well adapting to contracts in French

Pros: I would like to grow in any company and learn new aspects of that specific company

Grew in my position

Being a stores adminstrator could get very hectic, as time goes you get your head around the block. My co workers was an amazing teamz, always clapped hands together. Each day i learnt a new aspect of managing stock and controlling a warehouse. Receiving of goods and exporting the goods to particular sites. Challenging part is too make sure whatever is going to site has to be packaged in a right aspect as well as all documents in order.

Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: Working normal time on a Friday

Assisted in growth on payroll diversity

Typical work day is always challenging. I take it as a learning curve. Management is always supportive. The work culture is diverse.Management does not micro manage.

Pros: Learning payroll in different currency
Cons: Company works on getting tenders to drive the business
