I'm working in Construction sites as a Labour we are working with ceiling my relationship with my coworkers is sustaible an in a good form.what I have learnt is to be a good hard worker an be much careful an observant person I mostly enjoyed the time when I have too work a practical alone when time I know the thing that I'm doing so I could correct my self when I did something so I can find a way to make it on my own the most challenging for me is when i find it too difficult to understand something when I was never taught on that job

Excellent learning good listner

I am a labour at my company Tek cent works with ceiling any type I formed a great relationship with my coworkers an good communication I learnt plumbing an bricklaying an Tiling in the construction I enjoyed learning other good experiences with other jobs so I can have better skills I am mostly get challenged to get attention to know other jobs to get skills an experience to what I have not learnt

Pros: Becoming a Fixer oneday or oneday becoming a supervisor with experience that I will be observing
Cons: 07:30 to 16:00
